It's been so much fun watching a sketch that I created come alive in the gallery - thank you to everybody who played along. I picked Hazel from My Card Attic as my queen! Hazel created a soft and lovely card from a somewhat funky sketch. I love her lacy border using paste and a stencil. The image is stunning, and I love her fun sentiment treatment. Congratulations Hazel, you are the Queen of Clean!

Happy Wednesday! Kim here. I love Wednesdays because it's time for a new sketch! I created this sketch with its angled panels and we have all had the best time with it. Not just creating cards with it but arguing over whether the graphic is straight. Take a close look at the image. Doesn't it look like the card is crooked??! The right side looks low when compared to the title. I guarantee if you hold a ruler to the screen, it's straight! So it's a special gift this week - a sketch and an optical illusion. The cards you create really can be straight - it's just the middle section that's angled! I'm looking forward to seeing what you create.
Rita Wright Taking a break this week but stop by to say hi!

What a wonderful gallery this week! I enjoyed seeing all of your creations! This card by Torico is oh so cute! The kitties are beautifully colored and amazingly cut out with an exacto knife and the polka dots and hearts are perfect in the background. The stitches and scallops are a sweet finishing touch! Congratulations Torico, you are the Queen of Clean!
