Hi! It's Karren here and I am the sketch designer this week. I thought the big circle on this sketch allowed room for different interpretations. And of course, the circle doesn't have to be a circle. I hope you can take some time out this week to have a bit of fun.
And we have another wonderful card made by one of our Guest Designers from our Challenge #600 Celebration.

Happy Wednesday everyone. It's Cécile here with this week's sketch. Fall will be there very soon by now, at least in the part of the world I'm living in. To celebrate the new season, I chose to make a leaf the star of this sketch, but feel free to choose any other shape instead. Make this sketch yours and have fun.

Oh I had so much fun going through each and every card this week! Can I just say how creative you all are! I am always so amazed by each card! I am loving all the fall cards and so I had to pick one this week! Nothing makes my heart go pitter patter like some beautiful leaves! I loved the colourful leaves and copper accents on Dena's fall themed card. She's paired those leaves perfectly with that beautiful plaid paper! Congrats Dena you are our Queen of Clean!

I loved browsing the gallery. I think we had cards for every season and every occasion and I got so many good ideas! PJ's Halloween card caught my eye because of her clever use of two different patterned papers for the sketch - but they coordinate perfectly! Love the cute little ghost and her addition of bats and a spider! Congrats PJ you are our Queen of Clean!

Freshly Made Sketches #602 - A Sketch by Kim
Welcome to Freshly Made Sketches! Each week, one member of our design team creates a sketch for you to try. The challenge is to follow our sketch while keeping your project clean-lined and fresh. The "Clean Team" has come up with some "Freshly Made" designs to get you in the spirit. We are so excited to see what YOU create!
It's Kim and it's my week to bring you a sketch! I am always in awe of what all you very creative people do with each sketch. I had a mental image with this sketch of just a splash of bold patterns in the small blue stripe. (I don't tend to use a lot of patterned paper but I love it as an accent.) When I sat down to make my card, that's how I did it but even looking at the design team cards, I realized there are so many ways to go with this. I hope you have fun with it - I'm looking forward to being inspired by all of your creations!
