Freshly Made Sketches #493 - A Sketch by Karren

Welcome to Freshly Made Sketches!  Each week, one member of our design team creates a sketch for you to try.  The challenge is to follow our sketch while keeping your project clean-lined and fresh.  The "Clean Team" has come up with some "Freshly Made" designs to get you in the spirit.  We are so excited to see what YOU create!

Hi everyone!  It's Karren here and I have the pleasure of being this week's sketch hostess.  As you can see from the design team cards, the three elements at the bottom can be any shape so I'm looking forward to seeing all the imaginative ways you interpret my sketch.  I hope you'll have fun playing along!

We have a few simple rules to keep things fun and fair for all of our players:

  • Please use any crafting product you would like to use.
  • Feel free to combine our challenge with up to THREE other challenges, except for another sketch challenge.
  • Please add a DIRECT link to your blog or other online gallery when adding your card to the link below.  If linking to a public gallery, use keyword FMS493.
  • Include our challenge sketch and a link back to Freshly Made Sketches on your post.
  • Have fun!
This challenge will end at 3:00 EDT time on Monday, July 12th.  On Tuesday, we will announce the winner of this week's challenge who will be known as the "Queen or King of Clean".  The team will choose other gallery favorites to be known as a "Perfect Princess or Prince".

I love your sketches. I am having so much trouble with Linky Tools. I have tried everything I know to get my picture to upload. When I try to upload from web, it shows every picture on my blog except my card. When I try to upload from file, it keeps telling my file is too large. So I finally tried generic. the picture is not on my thumbnail but clicking on it does take you to my blog. I am seeing my son-in-law next week who is a iMac user. I am going to see if he can help me figure out what is going on.
