Hello friends!  It's Jen M here as your sketch hostess this week.  Recently I was going through some cards that I made ages ago and found one that I thought was pretty cool so I adapted it for the sketch this week.  I hope you like it - I can't wait to see your interpretations of it!  And if you need some inspiration you need only scroll and see the awesome cards that our design team has made.

We have a few simple rules to keep things fun and fair for all of our players:

• Feel free to combine our challenge with up to THREE other challenges, except for another sketch challenge.

Every week I continue to be amazed at the talent in our gallery.  It is remarkable how many lovely cards can be created from one sketch. As usual, my first thought was "how can I choose".  This card seemed to embody summer for me.  Those strawberries look good enough to eat and the red paper reminds me of a picnic blanket.  Such beautiful layering too! Congratulations, Marcia! You are this week's Queen of Clean!

There were so many great entries for Sketch #744 and I wished that I could choose multiple 

Queens, but in the end I narrowed it down to Darnell's card. I liked her serene blue palette and 

the wavy border she added behind her focal image.

Well, it’s no secret that America had a pretty big party this past week. MarDi’s card is such a spectacular representation of that. It’s fun, festive, And was such a wonderful interpretation of the sketch. It caught my eye right away. 

 I was so happy that so many of you played along, because it may not have been the easiest or the most appealing sketch in the world, but you all really knocked it out out of the park! So many creative and pretty ideas! Thank you!
