Hello Everyone!  Linda here and I'm ready to take that first step with you into the 600's! Freshly Made Sketches #600 - A Celebration

Welcome to Freshly Made Sketches!  Each week, one member of our design team creates a sketch for you to try.  The challenge is to follow our sketch while keeping your project clean-lined and fresh.  The "Clean Team" has come up with some "Freshly Made" designs to get you in the spirit.  We are so excited to see what YOU create!

Here we are at twelve years of sketches and 600 inspiration sketches!  And you know what?  Our years of fun and success are all because of you, the players.  Every week we are amazed at your creativity and generosity of sharing your talents.

We thought that the best way to celebrate is to pay tribute to some of our challenge winners.  Many of them have been playing along since the beginning and it has been a treat to grow in our friendships with them.  We are always thrilled to see what they create so we invited them to be guest design team members for our celebration!  You will see why they have been chosen over and over as the weekly winners.

We also have a new opportunity for you as players.  Each of the challenge design team members will choose their favorite of the week (normally a Perfect Prince or Princess).  Those winners will be offered a chance to be a guest design team member in a future challenge.  Again, this is truly a celebration of you all.  Thank you for the years of support and kind words!

Thanks to everyone who played along with our sketch this week.  The gallery was full of beautiful creations!  I chose Maria’s card because I just love the subtle shades of pastel purple accented with the vellum and white.  And the stitching on the polka dotted layer adds great texture.  Congratulations Maria, you are our Queen of Clean!

Thank you so much for playing along with the challenge this week. I enjoyed visiting all your cards and am seriously impressed by the variety of designs and techniques used! It was Annette's colors and layering that really caught my eye and had me going back for second and third looks. I love everything from her subtle stenciling to the beautiful stems and pops of shine from the sequins. Fabulous details that created a  clean and fresh design! Congrats, Annette you are this week's Queen of Clean.
