There were so many fun and creative entries for this simple sketch. I LOVE all the uses you found for that simple vertical stripe! I kept coming back to LeAnne's card. I love her beautiful, rich fall colors on the neutral background. It's so beautifully colored. Even the neutral elements have pretty details with the embossing and the ribbon look on the vertical stripe. Congratulations LeAnne, you are our Queen of Clean!

Freshly Made Sketches #756 - A Sketch by Kim

Welcome to Freshly Made Sketches!  Each week one member of our design team creates a sketch for you to try.  The challenge is to follow our sketch while keeping your project clean-lined and fresh.  The "Clean Team" has come up with some "Freshly Made" designs to get you in the spirit.  We are so excited to see what YOU create!

Happy New FMS Sketch Day!  It's Kim and I'm bringing you a sketch to play with this week. With my card-making style, I tend to only use patterned paper as accents so I rarely use bold prints. I put this sketch together to allow me to use a bit of bold print in that vertical stripe. You can see by browsing the design team cards that our team found a lot of different ways of using that vertical stripe - there's even ribbon and a spider and snowflakes!!  Have fun this week. I look forward to seeing your creations.

Just a head's up that Android phone users have experienced problems opening Instagram links directly to our design team member's individual Instagram page. This is an Android problem and not something we can fix, but to make things a little easier for you to find those DT members on Instagram we've provided you with their Instagram handle.

We have a few simple rules to keep things fun and fair for all of our players:
